J & D Barge and Marine is a disadvantaged woman-owned marine services company proudly serving the Seattle area since 2019. From the beginning, the company has been built on strong work ethics and dependable customer service, and that same philosophy still drives everything we do today. Every job starts and ends with the customer — no job is too big or too small, and whether it's a routine tow across the bay or a complex assignment supporting an active construction project, we bring the same care, straight answers, and accountability to the work.

Our services cover all vessel tows, houseboat tows, pilot support, construction support, dry dock towing, barge charters, and equipment rental. Working across the Seattle waterfront and the surrounding Puget Sound waters, we've built the local knowledge that only comes from years on these waterways, along with the flexibility to support a single tow or a longer project timeline.
